LUNA Focacceria is a San Francisco-based pop-up focacceria, specializing in heirloom grain focaccia from the creative talents of Chef Joe Sasto and Bella Bennett. The LUNA Focacceria recipe took over 4 years to develop and requires a 3-day fermentation process—using a variety of freshly ground heirloom wheats.

This highly symbolic identity design pays tribute to age old artisan marks by calling out the bread’s essential ingredient and adding an aspirational note in the Lunaria flowers and the moon—which echoes the founders shared affinity for natural elements.
